Swami Dhyan Giten
“Only love can be just. Love cannot be unjust, because love means compassion. Love means consideration of the other. Love cannot
use the other as a means. To use the other as a means is the only immoral thing in existence.
The moment you respect the other as an end unto himself love has arisen in you. Love cannot exploit, cannot oppress and cannot dominate. Without love one is bound to be unjust. Justice come like a shadow of love.
But everything begins with meditation. Meditation triggers many processes in you. Meditation opens many new dimensions in you. One of these dimensions is love. And
love is followed by justice. Love is followed by a friendliness towards all.
Love is followed by prayerfulness, a gratitude towards existence. A man who know love becomes a blessing both towards himself and
to others.”
Swami Dhyan Giten, Man is Part of the Whole: Silence, Love, Joy, Truth, Compassion, Freedom and Grace

Swami Dhyan Giten
“Only love knows how to forgive. Love knows how to be compassionate. Love knows how to accept the limitations of a human being. Love knows that nobody is perfect. True love knows how to accept a person with all his
limitations, and with all his imperfections. Love know how to love a person as he is.
Learn to grow in love. The more you love, the more you can just be. And to just be is to be religious.
Love is the secret to transform our being into a blessing to ourselves, to others and to
existence itself.”
Swami Dhyan Giten, Man is Part of the Whole: Silence, Love, Joy, Truth, Compassion, Freedom and Grace

“Expect a Blessing, Not Problems

Original thoughts by © Jan Jansen Easy Branches

It is better to begin each new day with the desire to improve our lives and direct our thoughts towards what is positive. When we wake up already expecting problems, we give our worries space before anything has actually happened. We cannot predict the future, but we can decide with which attitude we will face it. We may therefore trust that this day can also bring beautiful moments, meaningful encounters and unexpected opportunities. Daydreaming about what could happen gives our imagination the freedom to look beyond the limitations we sometimes place upon ourselves. Not everything we wish for will become reality, but without hope, imagination and confidence, many remarkable things would never begin. A positive thought can improve our mood, give us new energy and help us recognise possibilities that we might overlook when we have a negative attitude. We all know how difficult life can sometimes be. Setbacks, disappointments and worries can appear unexpectedly, and not every problem can be solved easily. A pessimistic attitude, however, will rarely make these burdens lighter. It can make the day feel even heavier and convince us that nothing good is still possible. Positive thinking does not mean denying reality or pretending that problems do not exist. It means refusing to give difficulties complete control over our day before they have even arrived. A smile at the beginning of the day can change more than we realise. We also prefer looking at a friendly and cheerful face rather than someone who immediately creates distance. When we treat the people around us with openness, politeness and respect, we create more room for acceptance and communication. A simple greeting, a helpful gesture or sincere interest can become the beginning of a meaningful conversation. Good conversations do not always need to be profound or complicated. Sometimes one friendly word can give someone courage, bring peace or remind them that they are not alone. Such moments allow us to experience the true importance of friendship, humanity and mutual respect. They show us that a valuable day is not determined only by what we achieve, but also by how we treat others and by the feeling we leave behind. Not every day will pass entirely without problems. That would be an unrealistic expectation because life remains unpredictable. Yet every day can give us something that feels like a blessing: a smile, a good conversation, an unexpected solution, a moment of peace or the knowledge that we were able to mean something to another person. When we begin our day with hope instead of fear about what might go wrong, we give ourselves the best opportunity to recognise what is good. A positive attitude does not remove every problem, but it can help us face difficulties with greater strength, patience and clarity. Therefore, do not constantly expect problems that may never arrive. Remain open to the blessings that may become visible today, because sometimes the most beautiful moment can be found exactly where we never expected it.

Thank You for reading. I wish You health, strength and a meaningful day.
