They also refrain from lingering where sinners congregate, recognizing the temptation to join them. Furthermore, they don't identify with those who mock and ridicule people trying to do right. By avoiding these influences, they protect themselves from corruption and stay on a path of righteousness. “The righteous and the wicked will not coexist in the same realm forever. Sinners will have no place among the righteous, whether in worship, fellowship, or receiving God's favor. In the final day, the righteous will be gathered together to receive their reward, while sinners will be excluded. The assembly of the righteous will be a place of joy and celebration, but sinners will not be part of it. The righteous will be united in their devotion to God, and sinners will not share in that unity. Ultimately, the wicked will be separated from the righteous, with no place in their congregation. The righteous will be gathered in heaven, while sinners will be left out.”

“While nature reveals God's power and divinity, it is through His Word that we learn His will and purpose for us. Divine revelation provides the full picture of God's plan, going beyond what nature can teach us. Through the Spirit and the apostles, God has made His will known to us, writing it down for our benefit and understanding. Scripture is essential for knowing God's intentions and desires for humanity. Without God's Word, we would be limited to only partial knowledge of Him, gained through creation. The Bible provides the clarity and guidance we need to live according to God's will.”

“When we confess our sins, we should seek more than just forgiveness; we should ask for complete renewal and restoration. Like David, we can pray for a new heart, a steadfast spirit, and the joy of salvation. Forgiveness is just the beginning; we need God's restoration to experience the fullness of His presence. Returning to the joy of salvation means regaining the sense of purpose and delight that comes from walking with God. As we seek God's forgiveness, let's also ask Him to uphold us with His generous Spirit and guide us on the path of righteousness. By seeking God's forgiveness and restoration, we can find peace and happiness in His presence.”

“God's Word showcases numerous examples of older individuals playing vital roles in His plan. Moses and Aaron led the Israelites out of Egypt in their 80s, demonstrating that age is not a barrier to serving God. Joshua and Caleb were instrumental in conquering Canaan, with Caleb still strong and active in his 80s. Daniel's life of service spanned over 70 years, with significant contributions made in his later years. Older believers like Simeon and Anna recognized and honored the Christ child, showing that age can bring wisdom and insight. The apostle Paul, despite being in prison and advanced in age, remained active in ministry, writing letters and encouraging churches.”

“GOD'S USE OF OLDER PEOPLE IN THE CHURCH TODAY
THERE IS ALWAYS A NEED FOR "ELDERS"...
Did God not design the local church to be overseen by elders? - Ac 14:23; Tit 1:5-9
Men who were older, capable of teaching and leading the flock?
Men who were to serve as overseers and examples of God's flock? - 1Pe 5:1-4
Yet many male members seem to retire from active service in the church about the same time they retire from secular work!
Around age 65, which is rather young compared to the examples we saw!
Just when they might be useful to the Lord, they are retiring!
If unqualified to serve, why not spend a few years growing and developing the necessary qualifications (if possible), and then serve?
Many young men who want to preach prepare themselves in just a couple of years, why can't older men do the same?”

“The works of the Lord are great, and studying God's Word brings comfort, hope, and guidance. The salvation of mankind, made possible by God's love, is a central theme in Scripture. Through faith in Jesus, we are saved by grace and experience the renewing work of the Holy Spirit. The church, built by Christ and purchased with His blood, is a testament to God's great love and redemption. As we study God's Word, we gain a deeper understanding of His salvation and the significance of His church. By reflecting on these truths, we can experience great comfort and joy in our souls.”

“Life's journey is filled with frustration and desperation, but with education and motivation, we can find salvation. Rejection may bring inspection, but it also sparks protection and introspection. Amidst affliction, we must hold on to conviction and seek relaxation in positivity. Depression may weigh us down with oppression, but our expression and impression can set us free. Obsession with negative thoughts can lead to possession of a troubled mind, but we can choose a different procession. By celebrating life's small wins and finding salvation in positivity, we can overcome negativity and find true relaxation. And in the midst of it all, Jesus is the ultimate solution, bringing hope, healing, and redemption to every struggle.”

“Life's true wealth lies in the joy of the present moment, gifted by a higher power. Finding delight in one's labor and relationships is a divine blessing, not a material possession. The pursuit of happiness is less about accumulation and more about appreciation. In every season, choose to rejoice, contemplate, and live with purpose. Fearing the divine and living righteously gives life its deepest meaning.”

“True fulfillment in life stems from a relationship with the divine, unlocking the depths of joy and purpose. Without spiritual guidance, life's experiences, though pleasant, remain superficial. Prioritizing faith brings wisdom and clarity to cherish life's moments. In the fragile nature of human existence, finding joy requires acknowledging and honoring the Creator. By fearing God, following His commandments, and embracing His Son, we discover the profound meaning and joy life has to offer.”

“The choices we make in youth can sow seeds that shape our future, for better or worse. Rebellion, dishonesty, and destructive behaviors may offer temporary thrills, but they often lead to long-term consequences. The decisions we make have the power to build or destroy relationships, opportunities, and even our own well-being. Prioritizing integrity, responsibility, and self-control can lead to a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life. By making informed, wise choices, we can cultivate a brighter future and avoid the pitfalls that can derail our lives.”

“Life's choices shape eternity's outcomes. In youth, decisions may seem carefree, but consequences endure. The path chosen may be walked alone, yet accountability remains. Fear of the divine and obedience to a higher power can guide life's journey. Will you seize the present, making choices that resonate with purpose and eternity?”

“The paths we choose shape our eternal outcome. While the righteous find stability in their faith, the ungodly are like chaff, blown away by the winds of life. Their fragile existence holds no lasting value, destined for judgment and separation. In the end, the wicked will not stand, nor will sinners find a place among the righteous. The final gathering will distinguish those who have lived with purpose from those who have not. Ultimately, our choices determine our eternal standing.”

“Sometimes, it's in reflecting on our past mistakes that we find the wisdom to move forward. The Israelites' failure to trust God's plan serves as a reminder that fear and doubt can lead to missed opportunities. When we choose to trust, we open ourselves to the abundance God has in store. Remembering the consequences of disobedience can guide us toward a path of faithfulness. God's promise remains, but our timing and trust determine our experience of it. By learning from the past, we can step into a brighter future, grounded in faith and obedience.”

“Love for God is demonstrated through intentional actions, starting in the home with our children. By teaching them God's ways and sharing His blessings, we guide them toward a life of faith. Keeping God's Word in view reminds us of His presence and power in our lives. As we experience His goodness, we must be cautious not to let comfort lead to complacency. Remembering our past and the deliverance we've received keeps our hearts grateful and focused on God. By recalling the bondage of sin and the victory of Christ, we're reminded of the depth of God's love and grace.”

“*"God is not limited to denominations; He transcends them. In John 17:21, Jesus prayed for unity among believers, saying, 'That they all may be one.' God desires unity and harmony among His people, beyond denominational boundaries. In Revelation 7:9, we see a vision of people from every nation, tribe, and tongue, worshiping together before the throne of God. God's focus is on the heart, not the label. He looks for faith, love, and obedience, not denominational affiliation. Let's strive to unite in spirit, celebrating our diversity while standing together in love and purpose."*”

Your tears become a sweet fragrance to Him, and He fulfills your deepest longings according to His perfect will. In your darkest moments, God's ear is bent to your cry, and He works mightily on your behalf. Your heartfelt cries reach God's throne of grace, where He listens and responds with kindness and compassion. When you cry out to God, He pours out His blessings, guidance, and strength. Through tears and prayers, God brings hope, healing, and fulfillment to your life.”

“Prayer is the lifeline that connects us to God, and without it, our attempts at righteousness are mere human efforts. Without prayer, our 'good deeds' can become self-serving, driven by pride and a desire for recognition. True godly righteousness comes from a heart that's humbled and dependent on God, and prayer is the key to cultivating that heart. When we're prayerless, we risk becoming righteous in our own eyes, but not in God's. Our self-righteousness can be a barrier to true spiritual growth and intimacy with God. Prayerlessness leads to a self-focused righteousness, whereas prayer opens the door to a God-focused, Spirit-led life.”

“When others sought to bring us down, God's favor lifted us up. The enemy's plans were no match for divine elevation. The Angel of the Lord stood guard, protecting us from harm. God's goodness and mercy pursued us, shielding us from those who wished us ill. In the face of adversity, we found strength in His presence. He turned our struggles into triumphs, and our doubts into testimonies. Through it all, God's protection and elevation proved His love and faithfulness.”
Shaila Touchton

“A wicked person's heart is consumed by darkness, fueled by jealousy and hatred for the truth. They manipulate and gossip, spreading poison and deceit. Revengeful attitudes and stinginess define their actions, leaving destruction in their wake. Betrayal is their game, and fabricating lies is their art. Their words cut deep, but their true nature is exposed in time. The wicked may prosper temporarily, but justice and truth will ultimately prevail.”
Shaila Touchton

“The indwelling Holy Spirit is a source of strength and comfort to believers. As we submit to His guidance, we experience transformation and growth. The Spirit's fruit in our lives is evidence of His work, producing patience, gentleness, and faithfulness. We are called to walk in the Spirit, living a life that honors God. The Holy Spirit empowers us to overcome obstacles and live a life of purpose. In His presence, we find love and acceptance.”
Shaila Touchton

“Rejection can be God's protection, shielding us from harm and guiding us towards His best. Though painful, rejection can redirect our path and build resilience. Trust in God's sovereignty, knowing He works all things for our good. Sometimes, what seems like rejection is actually God's protection from toxic relationships or misguided paths. Let us seek to understand God's purpose in rejection and trust in His goodness. In His protection, we find peace and hope for a brighter future.”
Shaila Touchton

“Faith is not measured by how many times you go to church, but by how you live your life with love, kindness, and compassion. It's the heart that matters, not the ritual. True faith is demonstrated through actions, not just words. When you show empathy, help those in need, and stand up for what's right, that's when your faith truly shines. Faith is about trusting in something greater than yourself and living with purpose and integrity. By living out your values and principles, you inspire others and make a positive impact.”
Shaila Touchton

“God's kingdom is not of this world, yet many have traded eternal riches for earthly wealth. They build grand structures, but neglect the temple of their soul. The pursuit of heavenly treasures is replaced with the pursuit of earthly gain. The kingdom of God is a kingdom of righteousness, peace, and joy, but many have settled for a kingdom of this world. Let us not be fooled by the temporary riches of this world, but seek the eternal riches that come from above.”
Shaila Touchton

“Humility is the foundation of faith, but spiritual pride can be a subtle foe. A humble heart seeks God's truth, while arrogance claims it all. 'Let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall' (1 Corinthians 10:12). Pride blinds us to our own flaws while magnifying others'. True wisdom comes from recognizing our need for God. 'Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall' (Proverbs 16:18).”
