“Beautify your inner dialogue. Beautify your inner world with love light and compassion. Life will be beautiful.”
Amit Ray, Nonviolence: The Transforming Power

Ralph Waldo Emerson

Ralph Waldo Emerson

Vernon Howard
“Inner guidance is heard like soft music in the night by those who have learned to listen.”
Vernon Howard

“When you trust your inner guidance and begin moving in the direction of your dreams (aligned with your individual gifts) you will be cloaked in an armor bestowed upon you by your guardian angel.”
Charles F. Glassman

Glennon Doyle
“I understand now that no one else in the world knows what I should do. The experts don't know, the ministers, the therapists, the magazines, the authors, my parents, my friends, they don't know. Not even the folks who love me the most. Because no one has ever lived or will live this life I am attempting to live. Every life is an unprecendented experiment. This life is mine alone. So I have stopped asking people for directions to places they've never been. There is no map. We are all pioneers.”
Glennon Doyle, Get Untamed: The Journal

Anita Moorjani
“The outside world is loud and demanding so the first step in honing our powers is learning to deal effectively with sensory overload. We have to identify and manage the things that jam our inner guidance system. And that involves turning down the volume on the outside world so we can hear what's going on inside.”
Anita Moorjani, Sensitive Is the New Strong: The Power of Empaths in an Increasingly Harsh World

“There is no Source above, away,
distant from your form,
awaken from this dream you've had
since the day you're born
The Truth is that there is no "you" ,
no place away that's "home",
you are the Source,
condensed and shaped
into a grosser form
Your breath is Aum,
it births new worlds,
new miracles, new ways,
depending on the way your heart
vibrates, how much it weighs
You are the prayer
and response,
for only what you feel
will come to life, will manifest,
your thought will make it real
The home is here,
you are the Source,
stop asking from outside,
step into the Truth you are
let opposites collide”
Petra Poje - Keeper of The Eye

“Stop searching so hard for what you think are the “right” answers and listen to what you already know to help guide you.”
Skylar Sustin

Ulonda Faye
“Goddess knows, what it is, in the depths of our Souls. As a river shall flow, our directions too unfold. Goddess knows the birth as the death opens our Souls to divinity within our sacred whole.

Souls know, Love knows, Goddess knows:

Into the earth, 108 feet deep, all goes which does not bless us.

Bless your mother, daughter, lover, wife-
For Goddess so delights when your birth breeds insight.

108 feet deep- Goddess knows within that which we weep, our Soul reaps.

Love yourself, love others, be honest, kind and loving-

Stay in the light for it is so bright. Goddess knows and blesses our Soul.”
Ulonda Faye, Sutras of the Heart: Spiritual Poetry to Nourish the Soul

Rupi Kaur
“nothing tastes better than
being on your own side”
Rupi Kaur, Home Body

William James
“Glows of feeling, glimpses of insight, and streams of knowledge and perception float into our finite world.”
William James, The Will To Believe, And Other Essays In Popular Philosophy

Michael Bassey Johnson
“Ask your dream characters questions.
They know something you do not know.”
Michael Bassey Johnson, The Oneironaut’s Diary

Donna Goddard
“When we understand the fragility of life, we live consciously. People generally live as if they have all the time in the world. They don’t. They have the time of one lifetime, however long that will be. It’s not a lot. We don’t have enough time to procrastinate and waste large chunks of our lives. It is a valuable offering when we give our attention and love to anything in life. What we spend our time on will determine the course of our life. If we know that we are here for a short time, our choices will become more meaningful and satisfying. We don’t have to be told to be brave and follow our inner leanings when we are aware of our limited time. Who cares what other people think of us when we are busy living a brief life to the best of our ability? We will want to use it every day to better ourselves and the world we live in. ”
Donna Goddard, Writing: A Spiritual Voice

Lahiri Mahasaya
“Solve all your problems through meditation.
Exchange unprofitable religious speculations for actual God-contact.
Clear your mind of dogmatic theological debris; let in the fresh, healing waters of direct perception.
Attune yourself to the active inner Guidance; the Divine Voice has the answer to every dilemma of life.”
Lahiri Mahasaya

Anthon St. Maarten
“Clairintuitive psychic perception is way beyond the everyday gut feeling. It is not merely developed inner guidance or honed intuition, but instead a metaphysical gift of prophetic proportions. It is intuition on supernatural steroids.”
Anthon St. Maarten, The Sensible Psychic: A Leading-Edge Guide To True Psychic Perception

Ulonda Faye
“See yourself. Recognize yourself. See others. Recognize the other. Love yourself. Learn to love in the face of all obstacles. Learn to become your own master. You are the master and you are the keyholder- Open.”
Ulonda Faye, Sutras of the Heart: Spiritual Poetry to Nourish the Soul

Kristen Butler
“When you operate from your Comfort Zone, you listen to your own inner guidance rather than to the suggestions of others. You trust yourself.”
Kristen Butler

Anthon St. Maarten
“Psychic perceptions are not the ordinary, private whispers of the individual soul, but the extraordinary, transpersonal calls, shouts, and cries of the universal consciousness.”
Anthon St. Maarten, The Sensible Psychic: A Leading-Edge Guide To True Psychic Perception

“These entities, angelic, or of other nature and origins have been called forth through deep resonance in your soul. They are here to support and honor your specific makeup and the particular life missions and themes you came to experience and alchemize within your system.
Opening to them may be likened unto you purchasing a car which is designed specifically to hug and support every curve of your body, and it being designed in a way that every switch or control in the vehicle is in the very place which works best for you. The smell of the interior is specifically enlivening to your senses, the headlights offer different unique clarity and views, the tires adjust for all weather patterns and conditions. You feel held and have the tools to go on any adventure and explore.
In saying this, we are not implying that knowing your guides will remove all pain or suffering from this experience of life, for there are specific pains and sufferings that we have chosen to step into for our highest understanding and maturation. Under the nurturance and care of our guides, we may be held and lovingly nudged down the path to our own reconciliation and joy.”
Gwen Juvenal, "The Seed" Journal: A Space for Recording Your Soul Experiences and Expansive Journeys

“It is in joyful moments that we most easily connect with our inner guidance about what is best for us and our lives.”
Laurie E. Smith

Caroline Myss
“Intuition makes you feel uncomfortable, fantasy doesn't.”
Caroline Myss

Master Del Pe
“The vision, mission and plans of our lives are the lighthouse, compass and map we need to reach the shores of success and the land of fulfillment.”
Master Del Pe, Inner Powers

Dana Arcuri
“Ultimately, Intuitive Guide is precisely that - a guidebook on intuition. Consider it a beneficial resource to gain wisdom, understanding, and credible education to learn more about your inner guidance. The icing on the cake is that Intuitive Guide weaves heartwarming stories, which comfort your soul, lift your energy, and inspire you.”
Dana Arcuri, Intuitive Guide: How to Trust Your Gut, Embrace Divine Signs, & Connect with Heavenly Messengers

Laurie Seymour
“Now that you are alive, how is it that you are to use this life force?”
Laurie Seymour, Unconditional Remembrance: Your Connection to Source

Sol Luckman
“By embracing the principles of wu wei, we tap into a
deeper wisdom that guides us toward harmonious
solutions. We learn to trust the natural layout of the situation and find peace in the now, regardless of the challenges we face.

If you want to have a bit of lighthearted fun with this
oftentimes new-agey concept, and avoid taking it too
seriously in its own rather playful spirit, imagine your
‘woo’ simply getting out of your ‘way.”
Sol Luckman, Get Out of Here Alive: Inner Alchemy & Immortality

Swami Dhyan Giten
“Wisdom comes from the innermost depth of your being, not the intellect. Our intuition is the inner teacher, the inner guide, the inner master. The old Indian scriptures say that the outer spiritual teacher is helpful to find your own intuition, your own inner teacher, your truth.Intuition is to create a trust in yourself and in your intuition, your inner guide, the inner master. Intuition is to learn to listen to the still, small voice within, and that will guide you. You have to be silent, quiet, so you can listen to the still small voice within you, and then follow it. Wherever it leads, it is good. Go in deep trust, following your own voice.
The more you come in contact with the inner silence, the inner emptiness, the more you have access to your intuition. Silence is the nourishment for intuition. If something increases your love, joy and silence, it is the criterion that it is the right path for you. If something decreases your love, joy and silence, it is a sign that you are on the wrong path. Do not compare yourself with others when it comes to making a decision about what you should do, follow the love, joy and silence of your heart and inner being. When you are in contact with your inner silence, you just know what you should do -you do not have to think about it, and you do not need to compare the pros and cons – you just know. You can listen to the advice of others, but always listen to your intuition, to your inner teacher and guide in life, when you take the final decision. The intuition, the language of silence, will always lead you right.
In 1982, I was directed by the Divine presence in a trance session with the American trance chancellor Lin David Martin: “You have listened to your intuition,to your true inner voice, more than most. You have been searching for the contact with the Spirit for a long time and now it is beginning to manifest on the outer plane. You have been gifted many times in previous embodiments and now everything will come rather easy for you. I want you to put your energy into the lives of others, because you can.”Intuition means something that arises from within the inner being. Intuition is the voice of being and consciousness. It is your potential, which is why it is called intuition. Unless you have your intuition, unless you have your own wisdom, your own vision, your own clarity, your own eyes to see, you will not be able to understand the mystery of existence. To give meaning to your life, to your heart, existence has given intuition to your heart. Out of intuition arises the possibilities of art, of love, of friendship- intuition will lead you to wisdom, to enlightenment. Then your life is a life of immense light, joy and serenity.
Intuition is the language of silence, the Existential language.
The word “in-tuition” means to listen within yourself. Intuition is the silent voice within, which is already in contact with the Existence. Intuition is the voice of God. Intuition is to create a trust in yourself and in your intuition, your inner guide, the inner master.  Intuition is to learn to listen to the still, small voice within, and that will guide you. You have to be silent, quiet, so you can listen to the still small voice within you, and then follow it. Wherever it leads, it is good. Go in deep trust, following your own voice.
