Sacred Human Quotes

“Many of us were taught that to be close to the Divine, we must suppress the very things that make us alive — our bodies, our sexuality, our intuition, our wildness. We were taught to numb, to shrink, to conform.

This is spiritual colonization — the takeover of the soul by systems of control. The removal of the sacred from the flesh. The exile of God from the body.

But the sacred never left. It was hidden — under layers of conditioning, guilt, and survival. To reclaim your temple, you must return to the ground of your own being. You must anoint your own body as holy. You must light your fire from within.”
