Jean, I'm not sure if it's your taste (part of the "point" here is listening to men drone on, and there's no plot to speak of) but I think she's done something pretty great here. I took most of this book to be won over, but by the end of the trilogy I was really sold. Some nice life insights, style that's doing some exciting stuff, and quite a few funny moments. The final scene of the trilogy is one of my favorites I've read in a while
