Mereda Hart Farynyk If you choose to read this book, I do have a couple warnings/comments about small things that lessened my love of it, but overall, I really loved it.

Thanks! And ok! What are the content warnings?

Mereda Hart Farynyk Ok, so it's possible I'm forgetting something, but I don't think there's anything offensive actually on the page (nothing graphic or explicit, I mean).

This is a spoiler, but I'm just going to say it anyway. lol. The main couple has sex before they're married (again, it's not actually on the page), and for the type of story it was and the setting and everything, that just really bummed me out. It just kind of took the wind out of the sails of the story for me a little bit and was one of those "whyyyy??" moments?

Also, there was some stuff related to religion at the end (all connected with the curse of the "beast" character and such) that I unfortunately can't remember clearly; I just remember it made me a little squirmy in its handling of Christianity/druidism. I don't *think* it was super overt or strong in what it was saying, but I remember being like😬😬😬😬

Mereda Hart Farynyk So, yes, I don't think there was stuff in it that would keep you from reading it! And it was SO engrossing, and I was reallly into the main relationship and characters, etc. But there was enough of a discomfort for me that I didn't feel like I could recommend it in good conscience without mentioning, if that makes sense 🤪🙈

emily marie ٠࣪⭑ (bye for now, indefinite hiatus) Ok! Thanks for the warning! As long as it’s not explicit, I can tolerate it. (even tho I would prefer it not to be there at all)
