I see a lot of requests for "page-turners", but I always think it's a bit of a subjective description - I've very rapidly devoured books which some people might find slow and boring. What sorts of books do you typically find page-turning?
Yeah that's actually a good point. Page-turner does depend upon ones interest on the plot. Well then by a page Turner I meant something that would have me glued to the pages. Recently Celeste Ng and Sidney Sheldon had me glued . But I haven't suggest any particular genre as I didn't want to miss out anything.

This is what I mean - what keeps me glued to the pages will not be the same as what keeps you glued to the pages. I read Neal Stephenson's books very fast, for example, because I find all the technical details and historical trivia he uses really interesting, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as page-turners (except maybe Reamde, which is basically an airport thriller in his distinctive style, or Snow Crash, which is relatively short and fast-paced).
