Hey Molly, I totally get how you're feeling. I've recently started this real sweet, super low angst series - Chance at Love by Ruth Ann Nordin. I read to boss and I liked them for being very simple and sweet. Nothing much happens and that's what I'm looking for right now. I'm sure you'll like them too! Good Reading?! :)
