May not be as long in pages as you requested, but how about Divergent and Insurgent by Veronica Roth (in that order)? I just finished them both....LOVED them.
There's Harry Potter but I've never read them.Gone by Michael Grant is good and kinda close to 700.You can also try Holly Black.I have tons of suggestions.

Thanks. I've added Gone, anymore suggestions?
If you want a LONG book to a LONG book series then read "A Game of Thrones" by George R.R. Martin (followed by "A Clash of Kings" "A Storm of Swords" "A Feast for Crows" and "A Dance with Dragons" - there are two more in the writing). They may be slightly confusing at first, but THEY ARE SO WORTH IT. "Harry Potter" gets long as the series goes on, and it is an easy, fast-paced read. There's also "The Hobbit" and "Lord of the Rings" by J.R.R. Tolkein, which are quite long. I hope this helps!
Artemis Fowl is an awesome series. It's a fantasy, complete, with fairies, killing, fairies killing, guns, kidnapping, death, and such. It's an eight book series with each book 300-450 pages long. Enjoy!
