Any Rick Mofina Book! I still can't get COLD FEAR out of my mind.
That's not a genre I read, but my very good friend reads those all the time, and the most recent one she could not put down was Cop Town by Karen Slaughter. She gave it 5 stars.
I read my first Tana French novel and loved it. Great mystery thriller. Nelson DeMille writes great espionage thrillers. And Dean Koontz books scare the beegeezuz out of me.
Whispering Wood and Past Sins by K.D Wilson are great suspense/thrillers.
I loved the new Poirot - The Mongram Murders!
Lauren Beukes' 'The Shining Girls' and 'Broken Monsters' are marvelous as well - albeit with hints of the supernatural (esp. in the former).
