This is not a Fantasy genre book, BUT it is a somewhat true story that is similar to the "Name of the Wind" but without the magic.
High quality book. It is pass the test of time and you will love it 20 yrs from now and recommend to your children.
A movie was made from this book.
Like "The Name of the Wind" story starts out wit a little boy that is kinda orphaned and is sent away to boarding school... The Dutch boys hated the English little boy and gave him a hard time at school...
Excellent read.
