5 stars: phenomenal, fantastic, amazing, unparalleled in every way. this book owns my heart and lives in my soul 4 stars: really, really good! i really loved it, but it just didnt capture me like a 5 star book 3 stars: liked the book a lot, but found more flaws than in a 4 star, or something just didn't really work for me 2 stars: average? fine? meh 1 star: hate it with a passion
