About the Author
Daniel Walker Corasmin holds a Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Havana, Cuba, and has served as a Human Morphology Professor at the Medical Sciences Institute , as well as at the National Scientific Research Center in Havana, Cuba. His academic background is grounded in the rigorous study of the human body and life sciences, providing a solid scientific foundation for his broader reflections on human perception, cognition, and existence.
At the same time, his intellectual path extends beyond conventional academic boundaries. He writes as an independent thinker—deeply informed by academic training, yet not confined to any mainstream institutional framework. His work is shaped by an open-minded, honest, and critical approach: one that values evidence while remaining aware of the limits of established models. Rather than adhering to fixed doctrines, he engages with ideas as evolving tools for understanding, continuously examined through both reason and lived experience.
His writing integrates insights from neuroscience, philosophy, and human experience to explore how belief systems, perception, and cultural narratives shape our understanding of reality. He is particularly interested in the tension between certainty and uncertainty and in how individuals can navigate this tension without falling into dogmatism or despair.
The World According to Humans: Are We Living Inside the Prison of Beliefs? reflects this ongoing inquiry. It is not presented as a final statement but as an invitation to question, to reflect, and to engage more consciously with the invisible structures that shape how we see the world and ourselves.
