Hi, I’m Emily! I’m just a girl who loves Jesus and books (in that order) I love the Lord and am thankful He sent His only begotten Son to die on an old, rugged Cross for my sins so I can live in eternity with Him.

I use the Goodreads TBR for books I do not own. When I purchase a book that I haven’t read yet, I take it off my TBR since I have it in front of me all the time. It keeps away redundancy and helps me think better.
My reviews are from the perspective of a Bible-believing Christian and I will not tolerate being shamed for pointing out sinful ideologies promoted in some books I read. If this bothers you, you are free to leave. I do not need to be educated and do not need people telling me what’s truth, because if your answer isn’t Jesus, you’re wrong. I will utilize the blocking feature if you cannot respect my boundaries.
