I’ve always loved books; they are my entertainment to get lost in the worlds that they have to offer. Started with Sweet Valley Kids as a child and toI’ve always loved books; they are my entertainment to get lost in the worlds that they have to offer. Started with Sweet Valley Kids as a child and took off from there, stumbling into the genre that is mostly known as Bodice Rippers which have stripped away my innocence. I must say that I proudly enjoy these books despite it being bashed ^^
But in all seriousness; I will admit that Historical Romances are my favourite Genre to read being both a history junkie and a hopeless romantic. Yes I know many are not as good as they claim to be but there are one or two Gems that come out of this genre that would make my month.
While I love Historical Romances, It does not stop me from exploring other genres. I pick books up based on the synopsis and whatever genre they may be if it grabs my interest I would defiantly read it, though I have to admit I am not a fan of poetry … Yet!
Some of the Genres that I do enjoy are: YA, Fantasy, Classics, Sci-fi, mystery and crime, none-fiction which is mostly European and Islamic history.
I haven’t been doing serious in depth reviews of the earlier books that I have read but I am starting to do so and there are some books that I will be rereading just for the sake to putting what I truly feel about them and why I gave them the rating that I have.
I review books based on my interests and what I look for in books, especially in romance books. I would not give a specific rating to book which I don’t think it deserves. Honestly is the best thing in reviews and I will do so in all of my reviews.
I am from Dubai, United Arab Emirates and some of my other interests include: anime, Manga, Mythology especially Greek Mythology, horses and Fashion design
