My Ratings System (borrowed from Plainbrownwrapper
5 -- absolutely marvelous, really sticks with me, exceptional in some way and feels significant, and I can't find serious problems with it 4 -- very enjoyable, thoroughly engaged me and made me feel something, may have some minor problems 3 -- meh. Not bad overall, nothing too glaringly stupid; or fun but with significant problems 2 -- the problems outweigh the good points, but nothing too terribly horrible or offensive 1 -- something is really offensive or just plain awful about the book
This just helps me get it straight in my mind when I rate :)
