As an entrepreneur, Sheila has developed a respected reputation for her work in event and project management, meeting and convention planning, marketing, promotions, trade show and exhibit management.
For five years, Sheila co-produced a successful event in Ohio “Spirited Sisters Expo” providing an arena for self-development for women, which became the inspiration for her first book, All About the Vets, “A Sharing of Life Experiences for Women of Honor.”
In the book, Sheila speaks to women through her experiences and those of other women, to challenge, motivate and inspire them to pursue their passions and dreams regardless of age. Among the discussions are divine beauty, fashion, building confidence, changing attitudes, preventive health care, and menopause, dating and marrying younger men, sister bonding, perseverance, spirituality and reinvention.
Sheila has written numerous published articles. Her blogs include Our Season, Mo Better by Sheila and a monthly newsletter, Mo Better Inspiration by Sheila. Sheila is also a contributor for Thyblackman.com (sistah talk)and BlackLifeCoaches.net. Her upcoming book, Dear, Are You Missing Your Calling will debut in January 2013.

A Chicago native, Sheila currently resides in Atlanta. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Chicago State University and a MBA from Walden University. She has received several awards and recognitions for both her creativity and entrepreneurial skills. ...more
