I have always looked at books in the "Books That Will CHange Your Life" category or "20 Books Everybody Should Read" lists but they are always filled with the same classics and although I would love to read more of the old classics I am not quite theI have always looked at books in the "Books That Will CHange Your Life" category or "20 Books Everybody Should Read" lists but they are always filled with the same classics and although I would love to read more of the old classics I am not quite there yet. I can read fairly well, I am in 10th grade, but my mom always said that I read books that are below my reading level. I am a chronic re-reader although my bookshelf is stocked with books I have yet read past the first 10 pages. Im into the feminist philosophy but also the chick-lit and harry potter-esque fantasy books. Basically I want some books that will stick with me, or change my perspective on something....more
