Esta mayor implicación puede lograrse de muchas maneras, y una de ellas es a través de la creación de experiencias únicas. La marca que no implante alguna estrategia de marketing sensorial quedará fuera de juego, ya que lo que hay que conseguir es la diferenciación.”
