I love the CW shows and I'm looking forward to the return of Supernatural and Hart of Dixie, as well as two new shows that are starting this season, Beauty and the Beast (with Kristin Kreuk from Smallville) and Emily Owens M.D.I also love the sitcoms like How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory and Modern Family.
Grey's Anatomy I'm kind of so-so about and I tend to skip seasons, but I'll watch the beginning of this season and see how I feel about it (I thought last season was pretty good and I saw most of the episodes). I really hope they get rid of April, though. I can't stand her.
I'm super excited about Once Upon a Time and Grimm. I love the re-imagining of fairy tales and I've become addicted to these shows!I'm also excited about the return of Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, The Middle, and my guilty pleasure show Gossip Girl. I also just got a netflix subscription so I'm starting to watch all these other shows I missed and have a huge list of tv shows to get through.
And I almost forgot, I'm super excited about season 3 of BBC shows Downton Abbey and Sherlock although I'm not sure if those start before or after January (anyone know?)
I'm really wanting to get into Parenthood. I have watched a few episodes here and there and have enjoyed what I've seen. I'll have to get caught up on the series on Netflix and go from there. The only thing is that I am horrible about watching shows that are currently on. I hate being chained to the TV to tune in each week and I don't like watching shows on my computer.

Parenthood is on Hulu Plus if you have that. I have that and Amazon Instant Video on our tv/playstation.
And YES GET INTO THAT ONE. It's so good but it makes me cry sometimes. lol

I'm also really excited about Once Upon A Time! I loved the first season! Also, I'll be watching Gossip Girl, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, Grey's Anatomy (I cried SO HARD because of that last episode!) and quite possibly more I can't think of right now. I wish Game of Thrones would start in the Fall instead of Spring...
Jamie, I loved Lauren Graham in Gilmore Girls, which got me to watch the episodes of Parenthood that I've seen. I don't think Zach has Hulu Plus. He does have Amazon Instant Video. Do they update it after each week?Daisy, You said Game of Thrones, which made me remember BOARDWALK EMPIRE! I love that show.
I'm looking forward to so many shows -- new and returning. I don't know how in the world I'm going to find the time to watch all of these while going to school. Returning: Revenge, The Good Wife, Scandal, Switched at Birth, Hart of Dixie, and 90210.
New: Nashville, The New Normal, Arrow, The Mob Doctor (Fox) and Beauty and the Beast.

Ha...ha ha...hahahaHAHAHA. ....Sherlock...(not making fun of you, sherlock is my favorite show, it's just, series 3 doesn't start FILMING until this January. I have heard some people say it will premiere next August and others say next October)...I have been going through withdrawals for that show.
Anyway, I need to catch up with a ton of shows that I haven't been able to watch regularly since before I started college, so it is quite a chore OTL so, not sure what shows I'm excited to see back since I have no idea what is going on in any of them anyway, sadly. But I AM excited to see Elementary. There has been a lot of drama with the Sherlock fans saying CBS is just copying BBC with a modern day Sherlock, but since Sherlock Holmes is the most represented character in films and shows anyway, another adaptation won't hurt, and CBS seems to have made their Sherlock a bit more like RDJ!Sherlock than Benedict!Sherlock....anyway, a bit off topic, but there ya go. Otherwise I have no idea what new shows are premiering OTL
Oh Sherlock... THAT ENDING! And the two leads just HAVE to go off and be so busy in big movies that they can't start filming until NEXT YEAR! haha. So my shows... Sherlock(whenever it premires), Doctor Who (Yes, I realize Moffat rules my life as far as tv is concerned) Once Upon a Time, NCIS (completely agree, Tami!) Castle... and that's all I can think of. I don't have a lot of time to watch tv, so there are only a few shows I really watch.
I can't wait for Boardwalk Empire too! I'm also excited about Parks & Recreation, 30 Rock, and Dexter. I caught the first episode of The Mindy Project and that looks promising as well.
You all watch such different shows than I do. I do watch Once Upon a Time, but prefer Grimm. Lately I have been addicted to Counting Cars. So much so, I may have to take a detour next time I am in Vegas. My brother in law had to go visit the Pawn Shop from Pawn Stars and was totally disappointed, so maybe I won't. Don't want to be disappointed.
I am disappointed so far in the premiers I have watched. The only highlight so far for me was the spoiler I put in the NCIS thread. Am I missing something?

I'm excited about Grimm (which already started), Once Upon A Time, Parenthood and Grey's Anatomy (despite the fact it's gotten so ridiculous). I haven't really paid attention to what new shows are coming out.
I have a lot of shows I need to catch up on -- How I Met Your Mother (we need to watch the season that just ended), The Big Bang Theory, Gossip Girl....and a few more that I'm forgetting.
