Here's my blog:http://crystalsmithconnelly.weebly.co...
My latest entry is my favorite play that I've written, but there's also other fun stuff on there, like an author questionnaire and an online dating profile for Zeus (who my book is about). : )
Wow, Jonny! I wouldn't want to be a 'sandwich artist' after reading this, haha. http://jonnygibbings.wordpress.com/20...
Yeah... I do get a bit 'ranty' at times lol/ But honestly, how can you not know how to make a sandwich??
I love reading rants about aggravating situation like that. Isn't that the point of most blogs - to rant?
I'm afraid I ramble and meander on my blog. So, no change there thenwww.willmacmillanjones.wordpress.com
Very nice rambling Will.I'm getting into the writing tips...

What kind of blogs do you follow?
Me?
A few writers
A few homesteaders
A few people I know from real life
Yeah, my blog seems to be a little bit ranty. One post was called a rant: http://jonnygibbings.wordpress.com/20...
Wow Jonny that was more than a rant, that was just borderline insane, in a good way..."boil my piss", that's a funny one.
You know what surprised me? After about a year or more of writing my blog, 60 posts I believe, there is one post that has about double the views of all the others combined. Now, I'll remind you, I really only put up posts of book reviews.
Well, I'm surprised to say that a gardening book (yes, gardening book) seems to be the most popular post. All New Square Foot Gardening.
http://bookwormsfeastofbooks.blogspot...
I will say, I rocked the review on this one. But, really, what can one say about a gardening book? I have a feeling not many others review such books, so that helps too.
My blog is here on Goodreads. It's a little advice for new authors based on my recent experience with Kindle.http://www.goodreads.com/author/dashb...
Hey, he snarks, you snark.
But your captcha made me try about ten times before my kid got it right for me.

Harlowe, that was a very well researched blog entry...I had no idea Jesus ate Lasagna (just like Garfield!).Did he hate Mondays too?
I'll check my papyrus scraps, and see if I can come up with an answer ...(I like the pic, by the way)
I've indulged in one of my embarrassing secrets again...chic-lit!http://bookwormsfeastofbooks.blogspot...
Sophie Kinsellais hilarious. We really should read more of her here. Those shopaholic books are some of the funniest things I've read.
So tell me. I've not read any of them, because I effing HATE shopping, so I have trouble with the whole concept. Would I actually enjoy them or just be so annoyed with all the shopping that I'd puke?
I hate shopping too Rebecca...and I get so annoyed when people spend gobs of money on a brand name...which happens in these books, to such an extreme amount that it crosses over to being hilarious. The first one, Confessions of a Shopaholic is the best (I think). It's mostly about her trying to get out of debt, while justifying her spending sprees. She just ends up getting herself into awkward situations with her lies.
You should try that one and let me know what you think?

I'm still reading Westerns - http://bookwormsfeastofbooks.blogspot...If read with a warped mind, like most of us here have, they are hilarious.

Thanks, Mike! After decades of saying I couldn't do short stuff, I've been having a lot of fun with short and shorter in the last few years (my book is essentially a series of linked short stories). I've put another story up, for Friday's apocalypse. Here's a link to my short story links:

Hey! My blog passed the 3000 pageview mark today! (yeah, I know. Big deal. Took me long enough. I'm choosing to be excited anyway). Thanks, guys!
I too part in the 'Next big thing' - thing, live on my blog, along with another post... that has little to do with literature. The internet has ruined porn:

Rebecca - "An Elegant Apocalypse" bring up the age old question, 'if a tree falls in the forest...'I like that. Very deep.

You may be giving me more credit for depth than I deserve. :)

Okay, I'm blown away. I had 128 pageviews yesterday on my blog, with my "Christmas in Skunk Corners" short story. Was this just because the version here on Goodreads was all messed up? (I have my blog copy to my profile page). Oh, hell, I'll figure I hit the big time.
Just in case any of you missed it:

I fixed the formatting. Seems like whenever I import a Word document (even just copy and paste) it messes up the formatting, so that though it looks fine on my blog (at least from my computers) it's all HTML hash on Goodreads. Must remember to use a text-only format for that.
