I have begun working on what I blieve will be the next release in THE DEVIL DEVERE SERIES. I have decided that it should be Salime's story. It is entitled: Jewel of the East

That's fantastic news, Victoria! I really wanted Salime to get her HEA.

Hi Carol! I confess it was your suggestion that spurred me to think seriously on it. Chronologically, it makes sense to pick up with her as she was one of the key players in THE DEVIL'S MATCH. Finding a really good story and hero for her was a big challenge but I've come up with something I really like and think it will work beautifully. Now I just have to write it! LOL!

I'm so looking forward to this book! Now you've got me curious about Salime's hero but I' m sure he'll be worthy of her.

Hi Carol! As always, I looked to the history books for inspiration and found a model for my hero. His name is Simon Singleton. He is one of DeVere's old carousing buddies and was in the war with Hew. That's all I can say at the moment.

I'm sure Simon will be as delicious as all your other heroes, especially if he's one of DeVere's old carousing buddies!

Hi Carol! Simon has just undergone a surname change. He is now Simon Singleton and he and DeVere were known together as "the devil and sin"

YAY! I'm excited. I love this series and I'm can't wait to read the next one! Woo Hoo!

YAY!!! Salime was a key role in TDM and I was sad that she just disappeared halfway through. Am so glad to see her have her own story =D

I'm very excited about this! I know it seemed like Salime was happy in her life, but I kind of hope she gets a more 'normal' happily ever after :) It seems like she deserves it :)

Although she accepted that he did not love her, her unrequited feelings for DeVere were rather sad. I agree that she needs someone to appreciate and cherish her.

WEEE, I have a feeling with this book being Salime's and a man nicknamed Sin we are in for one HOT delicious read from you Victoria. I can hardly wait.

Hi Amy! I am not sure how you came to that conclusion but it is NOT so. His father had the pox NOT DeVere.

DeVere is very sensitive about this issue. He has very good reason to be! Sounds like you haven't even gotten to the "good part" yet. Keep a fan handy! LOL!

Fantastic! So glad you like it, Joy! I'me very excited about her story. I', writing three short ones to come before that help to introduce her love interest, Simon.
