Im challenging you to Blindsight because it is hard as fuck sci fi AND you can download it for free. And its quite good.

I promise you I will. But this is the uncomfortable zone and we're here to learn new things, so I want to be assigined someting way outside hard sci fi that makes me say "God dammit I have to read that?" And by the way I will purchase blindsight with my hard earned cash. you're one of the good ones g!

How about Naked Lunch? Ultimate wtf book in my opinion. Just read an excerpt, very much in the uncomfortable zone!

Very well, the first assigned book in this club is naked lunch! I will buy it next paycheck along with blindsight. Anyone else who wants to get in on this action need only join the group and post their preferred genre. Then the first person to respond gets to assign them a book.
