As this folder title suggests this is an adults on section for book reviews which mean 17 & under you are being warned not to trepass on any reviews posted in this section.

Genres included in this folder will be: Erotica, Mature Audience, Erotica/Romance, etc...

Jax LOL - I like that Jessi!

Now, If only our bookstores would think like that!
I was somewhat aghast that they had the Sookie Stackhoue Southern Vamp series in the Young adult section... I know I wouldn't want my 16 year old reading them! LOL
(and to the bookstore employees - did you not notice that the TV series spin off has an R rating???) :D

Jax Um - WOW I really hate being the first one to add anything in here... LOL

I recently read the Jane True series by Nicole Peeler.
Which I guess falls under Urban Fantasy??
Tempest Rising (Jane True, #1) by Nicole Peeler Tracking the Tempest (Jane True, #2) by Nicole Peeler Tempest's Legacy (Jane True, #3) by Nicole Peeler Eye of the Tempest (Jane True, #4) by Nicole Peeler Tempest’s Fury (Jane True, #5) by Nicole Peeler

First off - The covers of these are very misleading! lol ( much the same as the original covers for sookie)
The first couple of books are light on the erotica factor - however by around book 4 and 5 Nicole Peeler gets a lot more detailed in this area.

synopsis: Living in small town Rockabill, Maine, Jane True always knew she didn't quite fit in with so-called normal society. During her nightly, clandestine swim in the freezing winter ocean, a grisly find leads Jane to startling revelations about her heritage: she is only half-human.

Now, Jane must enter a world filled with supernatural creatures alternatively terrifying, beautiful, and deadly.

My Thoughts: I quite enjoyed the series.
Although it would fall into my personal category of "a fun light read".
I love almost anything having to do with the Fey, and found Nicole Peeler's view interesting.
Unfortunately I can't really say anything 'profound' about these books as they aren't really all that deep.
Though it seems that things will be heating up a bit in the next novel.
Jane is an easily likeable character - though she can make some profoundly stupid decisions in her love life.
And with fabulous supporting characters it adds up to a fun read.

Yeah the first & last episode of Trueblood I stumble was a scene where there seemed to be an orgy in the bar...LOL

Also you can post your reviews in the folder itself (as it's own topic) not necessary in this thread
