Seattle Area Goodreaders discussion

I enjoy plopping into a cushy chair at the local bookstore every now and then. Many of us do. But would you pause a bit before parking in this one? This is the upholstered chair tucked away on the lower level of Half Price Books on Capitol Hill.

It looks like it has seen better days. Being on Cap Hill it certainly has an offbeat set of characters using it, and frankly I think many of them have left a bit of evidence behind.

So, what to do. Avoid it? Happily and proudly jump right on? Sit on it, but after some sort of treatment e.g. weaponized Ciprofloxacin?

It all depends on how I was dressed I guess. Crappy work jeans and the jacket I got paint on. Sure. Probably. nice clothes I wear every day. Prob not.

I would, but I would want to have (or bring) a blanket to cozy up with.

LOL...I'm going to try to hit this HPB this morning if I have time...I'll look for this chair....
