My sister read them... I don't know... its about vampires isn't it?
Yeah, it is. Except cooler. The concept is pretty cool too, although it's a bit too Native American for me, but one of my favorite books, none-the-less.
Cool, but I'm not a big vampire fan... and it's all because of Twilight...Now don't get mad anyone, but I really hate it, I've never read it, it's just the huge obsesion, and I can't stand the fact that everyone I look at is reading it.
I agree. But I'm still interested because I've liked vampire books since I was little.
I read Twilight but I did not like it.
I've liked vampires since I was little too! But Mum is afraid of them, so I wasn't supposed to read or watch anything with them in it. But then Twilight came, and mum didn't know there were any vampires in it at first! Now I can buy my own books, and I bought Marked. I loved it. Some of the content was a little strange, but otherwise it was good. I liked the parts before the house of night okay, it was interesting to see the effects that the authors created for their vampyres. But I agree with Masha, the house of night was much better. One thing I didn't overly like is that they did write vampire as vampyre.
I'm not really into Twilight either!!
I loved it, but I'm not forcing anyone to read it, despite what Skye believes! She is planning to read it by choice, not by force.

Very good book, though I must admit that I'm twelve and more mature than the main character. And also the first few chapters sucked. But once she got into the actual House of Night it was amazing! I give this a 4.5.
