Thanks for asking, I'm looking it up now for you as I am not sure about the gluten part, although there are meat free products in my local supermarket here in the UK (Tesco) but I personally have stopped eating them as they contain vegetable oil which many know now is mixed with palm oil and palm oil is absolutely destroying the Indonesian rainforests so fast that it was recorded in the 2008 Guinness Book of Records as the country with fastest rate of deforestation, not only that, but the inhabitants of those forests, the orangutans, go through the most dreadful treatment!
My family and I make some nice meat alternatives ourselves, and to be honest they are very much tastier than the store bought ones, which taste quite processed!
It may seem hard to have to make it all from scratch, however, in my opinion that what I believe you should do, it is easier as you can make as much as you would like and store it away, and if you use fresh ingredient and make a lot it would end up cheaper also!
You may also change it to your particular taste buds!
