I've already read it, but I'd love to discuss it with you
Hi, I'm Stephen Chbosky's assistant, Meera. I just wanted to share with your Goodreads group that he really appreciates and is truly honored to have you read and discuss his book, The Perks of Being a Wallflower. The movie version of Perks, which Stephen also wrote, is being released nationwide in the US today, October 12th, and he would love to invite you and your group members to see it. To find showtimes or theaters, visit http://www.facebook.com/WallflowerMov...Thank you so much for all the support, it really means a lot to Steve. We hope you love the movie as much as we do!
I've already read this. I loved it because I could relate on it.. :)I'm going to see the movie after exams.
I started the book today and I'm already 62% done :O The way it is written through letters is just really different an drealy interesting in my opinion.

You should read it. It's very short and just very interesting so far.

Have any of you had his happen to you; you're just looking at goodreads book discussions and BAM! The mere title of a discussion spoils the entire ending of a book for you >:(

Hate that! Has anyoen else read Cathcher and the Rye? Just wondering this book is compared to that alot and the protagonist even reads that book 3 times.

Well unlike Cather in the Rye, the main character isn't a complete and total brat

I think Charlie is much more likeable than Holden which is why I like this so MUCH more than Catcher and the Rye

I'm also done and I'm really liking it. I like the quote "And in that moment I swear we were infinite"
