Ian | 5 comments I'm in the same boat Mattconsumer. I would like to try kettlebells to tone up. Just wondering if anyone on here has used them and has got any tips for a beginner.

Nathaniel Cooke | 3 comments Anything with full body movement which involves some natural stretching will do the trick. I favour QiGong (think: Kung Fu yoga)mixed up with some time at the gym with kettle bells, weights and a big inflatable ball :)

Do a search on Youtube for Absolute Health, it's a friends gym and he regularly uploads short five in. workouts you can do in the home. Good stuff.
