((Can we come up with new ideas for new quells when this one is finished? Like.... I know the frst quell was people had to choose who from their district they wanted to go... in the second (haymitches) they asked for double the tributes. In the third they asked for older victors. Could we come up with ideas for the fourth? Fifth? etc. when we're done with that?))
