I can smell books!!!! discussion

For me it's nostalgic. It smells like old childhood dreams. It smells like hope, the hope I had from I was 6, when I first read the book, until I turned 11, that I would receive the Hogwarts letter too. It also has an interesting smell to it, the one you know you love, but you can't quite place it or tell why. The kind of smell that not only contains one single smell, but has it all: darkness, romance, humour, quests and mystery.

Short summary: It smells like perfection, lol :)

My Harry potter books are crumbling now as they were bought when the book was first released itself, so I still haven't mustered enough courage to sniff it...
P.S. Harry Potter series is awesome! Has anyone read J.K. Rowling's new release?

Not yet, unfortunately. Haven't bought it yet, but going to soon, I think. Really looking forward to reading it, even though some people have said that they didn't like it. Have you read it?

I love their smell!!!!

Witchcraft, teenage angst, and myth who wouldn'g love th smell.

It smelled intriguing and delicious, when I fist bought it. Now it smells like all the other books :(. That isn't to say that I feel that way about the books. I still like Harry Potter just the same :).

I've not had chance to read Rowlings new book yet :( but am hoping it will appear under my christmas tree this year!! :)
