Two Stephen Kings:Joyland
Doctor Sleep
Doctor Sleep is the sequel to The Shining.
Also, one his sons will be releasing in 2013:
Double Feature: A Novel by Owen King

It doesn't look like anyone's said The Ocean at the End of the Lane yet surprisingly! Well that's my most anticipated :p
A Memory of Light - started reading WOT 20+ years ago, it'll finally be done! The Ocean at the End of the Lane - Seems like forever since Gaiman wrote a book for adults.
Six-Gun Snow White
River of Stars
+ the third book in Margaret Atwood's MadAddam trilogy, should it be released in 2013.
On the mindless brain candy-front I'm also looking forward to Dead Ever After the conclusion to the Sookie Stackhouse series.

I'm also looking forward to Ocean at the end of the Lane. I saw Gaiman at the Fall for the Book event here in Fairfax VA and his reading from it was very intriguing as well as his descriptions about it.
I plan on rereading the Wheel of Time series next year. I left off after Knife of Dreams. The last time I read them it was with hardback editions, so reading on my Kindle should be a huge relief. So I should get to A Memory of Light sometime around next Christmas. :)
