Bookbent discussion

Hi guys and gals! Here's my question. If you could tell an author I'd like to read about about...... What would you say? I know a couple of authors wanting to write GLBT YA books and are curious, what are you interested in.

I really like the answer that one of our members wrote in to our poll, What are you looking for in a LGBTQ book?: "Characters that are interesting for more reasons than their LGBTQ-identification. In other words, realistic characters, not 'tokens'."
