Arrow discussion

Hey all! What do you guys really think of Arrow so far (or how much you've watched of it) and do you think it'll last? I'm really hoping so, but what do you guys think?

My predictions are that it'll last as short as Gossip Girl (5 seasons) or as long as Smallville (around 10 seasons). It has great premiere ratings, so as long as it builds a fanbase, it should be here to stay.

I'm most excited to know what happened to Oliver Queen on the island. Because clearly, some stuff went down in order for him to return with badass vigilante moves.

I like the show a lot looking forward to the royal flush gang being on the next episode

They have a lot of work to do! They need to convince people that distancing the show from Smallville after establishing the character in that universe is a good idea.
I'm certain they can do it, but its going to be an uphill battle. I can't wait to see who the major DCU character they've hinted at really is!

I hope they make them credible; the Royal Flush Gang are usually portrayed as complete loser sin the DCU.

Oh my gosh, for sure! Did you see this week's episode? Crazy crazy stuff that was. I can't wait to see what happened on that island.

Do you like Helena?

I like her, but I know a lot of people that dislike Helena. I think the second episode that she appeared in (where she kinda left) was a weak episode. But I loved her chemistry with Oliver, which I think is far superior to his chemistry with Laurel.

Exactly! I'm iffy about Laurel.

I'm still not buying Laurel and Oliver.

I don't feel the chemistry between them.
