Elizabeth halfway to her destination had begun running. She stopped when she reached the edge of the water. She shuttered as the water ran over her bare feet. They had been bloodied by the run here. She felt calm.
Elizabeth felt her clothes whipping back in the wind. She took a deep breath and dived in the deep water. She felt the rush of bubbles as they scurried for the surface. She swam up and broke the surface.
Aiden walked around the lake slowly, he noticed Elizabeth. He waved at her slightly, with a smile as he tried to be friendly.
Elizabeth swam back to the shore. He had not noticed the stranger on the beach. She lay on her back in the sand. The waves that brushed the shore, washed up to her knees. Her eyes were closed as she took deep breaths wondering what it would be like to not be breathing.
Aiden jogged up to her as she layed on the beach, he stood over her cautiously."You okay?"He asked slightly, blinking his bright green eyes.
Elizabeth's eyes shot open. She stared at Aiden curiously. "Most curious, two in one day. They are eager to fight" she said quietly. She did not bother standing instead she remained laying there.
Aiden raised an eyebrow."Two in one day?"He repeated with a questioning tone, obviously very confused.
"Increasingly lately" she smiled and began humming softly.
Aiden shrugged slightly."I'm guessing the mutts right?"
Elizabeth smiled "They don't like you much. They say you are a distraction, don't talk to the dead" she shuttered as a wave brushed her fingertips.
Aiden huffed slightly, and smirked showing his fangs, he sat down next to her."Well that ain't a bad thing."
"It is a bad thing if they want you dead, don't you?" she asked the empty air. Her blue eyes flickered red but quickly changed back.
Aiden shrugged slightly."I'm Aiden by the way,"he told her.
"We're not sure who we are, we know we used to be the monster then the girl. Now we are..." her voice slowly faded, getting quieter until she just stopped talking. Elizabeth stared at the sky.
"Vampires right?"Aiden raised his eyebrows, as he poked her side.
Elizabeth screamed when he touched her. She instantly jumped to her feet, landing in a defensive crouch. She hissed at him, baring her teeth.
Aiden just looked at her, his expression was calm."Chill,"he told her."I'm not going to hurt you."
Elizabeth stared at him for a moment. she laid back down and looked back up at the sky. Her expression returning to normal.
"So what's your story?"Aiden asked as if he's expecting a normal answer but hasn't really gotten anything normal from her.
"The monsters killed them all, left nothing but blood. So much blood. And the one that hates me. He waits for me, pierce my heart watch me bleed. Down, down, down." she muttered.
Aiden was mostly perplex by her response he looked away at the lake and remained silent.
Elizabeth continued muttering beneath her breath.
Aiden chose not to listen to her mumbling and blinked slightly as he watched the water
Elizabeth fell silent, she was quiet for a moment. In a second Elizabeth was pinning Aiden to the ground, she held a shrp mirror shard to his throat "I'm sorry, if I do this it all goes away" she lifted her hand to slash.
Kalika saw someone pinning someone else down. She rushed over to see a girl about to slah a guys throat. She grabbed the girls hand quickly. "Don't." she said softly.
Elizabeth lashed out at her, knocking the girl back. Just as she was about to strike, realization rushed into her. She backed up from them. Fear filling her eyes.
Aiden looked shocked he growled at her, and as soon as another girl came up and grabbed her hand, he broke free. He pulled out his pistol from his back pocket."Don't move."
Elizabeth stared at the gun pointed at her. She closed her eyes when they opened they were glowing red. She knocked the gun from his hand. She tossed him across the beach, sending him flying towards the rocks. Her eyes flickered back to blue. She curled up on the ground "GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" she screamed.
"Nick, I didn't mean to" she cried.
Jackson heard screams across the lake, he dived into the water, swimming towards the other side. "Leave it to Jackson to solve everything." he growled.
Aiden hit the rocks, there was a cut right above his eye. Blood sting his eyes as he stood up. He obviously looked extremely pissed off.
"I didn't mean to I swear" she repeated over and over.
Aiden stomped towards the two, his fist clutched.
"I want them out of my head" she cried. She could hardly hear over all the voices.
Jackson reached shore. He glanced at Kyla and the other guy. "Great, 1 to 4." he said. He pulled out his wood stake.
Kalika hissed. She was unsure of what was going on and she didnt like it.
Elizabeth's eyes flashed red again. She yanked out of Nick's hug and has rushed to where Jackson was. With one hand she held him in the air by his throat. Whit the other hand she was holding his wrist, she slowly began tightening her grip on his wrist. If he did not drop the stake she would break his wrist.
"Go ahead, kill me. You monster." He was practically spitting out the words.
Aiden bared his fangs as he stopped, his new-born strength was still quite powerful.
Elizabeth glared at him. She yanked the stake from his grasp, she dropped him in the shallow water and stepped back.
Jackson would have to team up with the others, if he wanted to kill Liz.
Aiden took a deep breath."Calm down,"he told himself loudly, he closed his eyes.
((why does everybody call her Liz? Her name is Elizabeth!))
Kalika snarled at them all. "Enough of this."
Jackson ran towards the girl. "Are you with me?" He asked.
Aidens hand shot forward as nick lunged at him, his hand gripped his neck and his eyes shot open.
Elizabeth put a hand on Aiden's shoulder "stop" she said several voices coming from her mouth. Her eyes were blue again.
Aiden snarled and barreled into Nick knocking him into the sand . He stood to his feet and grabbed him by the back. He tossed him into the lake violently.
