What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

All I know is that this is a very old book, I read it maybe 6-8 years ago and even then, the copy i read was worn.
As the topic states, its about a young polo stud who, after sleeping with some wealthy woman, discovered he could make a living from pretending to date wealthy woman and make their unfaithful/indifferent husbands jealous.
Its one of those rich people adult fictions.
Cant really remember much about the book, it was that long ago.
But the last woman he "dated", he fell in love with her and she was married to a worl famous but eccentric and very unfaithful artist

Could it be The Man Who Made Husbands Jealous? Or another by Jilly Cooper?
