Say... if I'm your buddy now, does that mean you are going to be sending me things to read? I was under that impression. I've never done this before.

I'm free if anyone needs a writing buddy. I don't believe in hand-holding but I'm game for editing or proofreading after November is over. I'm mainly interested in other fantasy/adventure genre buddies, but I read pretty much anything.

YES, you got that right, Mary! Yeah, I am writing in German. It is a lot easier to write in your native language, right? :)
I'd love encouragements and word count updates! I am horribly behind (I think the word count there is not even correct), but I intend to catch up. I just finished a term paper of 20k in 4 days, so I believe I can still rock it :D

It is bad that they schedule this at midterm season. Who decided that?

I don't know who decided it, but it also has Thanksgiving in it where most have family things they have to deal with instead of writing. But it can be done, I plan on wining my third one this year.

Look, Victoria, I would love to swap books but I don't have a Nano writers thing because--frankly--I have some other projects going and don't want to be distracted into writing a whole new book. However, if you want I can e-mail a copy of my book (or I have one hard copy I can send) in exchange for somebody else's work.
