Erica why does angle have so many powers but the rest of the flock including max doesnt.
cuz i thought that usually the leader is like the best.

MizziQ A few powers immerge for different characters later in the series. But it is annoying...Angel is so annoying.

Shugufa yeah I liked Angel in the beginning but she keeps going between trusting and sweet to evil and wanting control. If I were Max i wouldn't trust her that much, but I wouldn't kick her off the team cuz she could get tricked into joining Max's enemies. However, if angel started giving away their secrets, I would kick her off the team in the blink of an eye cuz she would deserve it.

Brandy I just thought angel was plain annoying throughout the last half of the series. I felt that she used the flock to her advantage and that she would switch teams, flock and evil bad guys, back and forth and back and forth. Personally if I were Max I wouldhave ditched her the first chance I got. Just too unpredictable.

Unicornhallow10866 IKR?!! This book made no sense.

I was able to follow the book pretty well, but what was with all the global warming stuff. I mean seriously? No offense but the book was basically a global warming pamphlet. This was my least favorite book out of the series, I was just, I don't know, a little disapointed. I felt like I wanted the book to hurry up and be over, at times while reading this. Now don't get me wrong I absolutely adore the series, and I don't want to discourage people to not read it or skip over this particular book in the series. But no, just no I really didn't enjoy this book as much as I wanted to. Sorry James Patterson but I liked the other books alot more. I'm sorry in advance to whover does not agree with my statement but it is my honest opinion and I'm giving my thoughts on this book.

Josiane Claremont I'd give Angel a break. I mean yeah, sure, she's annoying, but she a MUTANT BIRD KID ON THE RUN WITH A BUNCH OF OTHER KIDS FROM CRAZY EVIL SCIENTISTS WHO WANT TO EXPERIMENT ON THEM TO "SAVE THE WORLD"!!! Live a little! She needs at least SOME good in her life! That's why she's got those amazing powers! And besides, how many "6 year olds" do you know are NOT complete wackos?

Anita In response to Brandy, I totally agree. This was my least favorite book of the series. I was warned, but I loved the series too much not to read it, and I was sorely disappointed. The rest of the series (as much as I have read) gets better. This was a low point in the series. I couln't wait for it to be done.
I understand that the Flock's main goal in this book is to protect the enviornment and don't get me wrong, I am totally in support of protecting the enviornment, but this book was not as good.
I hate Angel. Just for the record. She's a bipolar little brat that needs to be smacked in the face. I'm not sure where Patterson is going with this (don't ruin it for me I haven't read the last one yet), but its confusing and harmful to her character development.
That's my two cents.
