I could tell you in my own words but I'll just copy it off the net.So basically its:

90210 follows the lives of a group of teenagers living in the upscale, star-studded community of Beverly Hills, California and attending the fictitious West Beverly High.The "90210" in the title refers to the city's ZIP code.
