Mia walked into the library, her ebony hair bouncing in its sheet along her shoulders. What was that about, calling her cute? She wasn't cute. She was just merely....small, but that didn't matter. All she needed to worry about was if she had enough time to go over Lodohovich's system for classifying potions. She flashed a shy smile at the librarian, who returned one easily. The librarian was not one who trusted many students, for she believed they would only damage the priceless books. But Mia had gained her trust in the last four years she had been in Hogwarts.

Mia sidled into the Potions section, where a huge collection of textbooks and such filled the mahogany bookshelves that lined the whole library neatly like a set of stacked dominoes. "Lodohovich, Lodohovich," she murmured softly under her breath as her chocolate brown eyes scanned for the title she was looking for. "Aha!" She had spotted it. It was right-oh no. There wasn't any problem with the placement or the book alright. It was placed at least five feet from the ground, a height Mia barely cleared. She would have used the 'Accio' spell, but after seeing a cumbersome fourth year mutter the same spell and then resulting in the whole shelf to collapse on top of him, let's just say Mia didn't want to experience the same trauma. Mia placed her small hands on her hips, sighing softly. Oh how her insignificant size never failed to land her in such terrible situations as this...

"Hmm?" Mia turned to see a tall girl with striking red highlights. "Oh..um..er..I'm..uh..t-trying to reach L-Lodohovich's System for categorizing..er...potions.." She twirled a lock of her ebony hair with her small index finger, another habit that came when she was quite flustered and nervous.

"I-I'm Mia. Ravenclaw fifth year," Mia squeaked.

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia blushed beet red. "Erm..I..uh..h-have to s-study.."

message 6: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia nodded shyly. "I'd r-really like to s-stay and chat, but I n-need to go ahead in s-studying. I'm only on c-chapter 23 in the 7th year curriculum."

message 7: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia blushed beet red. She squeaked a nervous 'goodbye' and scurried to a nearby desk, opening Lodohovich's book to page 368.

message 8: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia shrieked softly before turning around. "S-Stop it..I r-really need to study.."

message 9: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia sighed softly, closing her book. Jace was right. She already knew this information by heart, tucked away in a filing cabinet under L. She stood up, straightening her skirt before leaving the library for her dormitory, muttering a charm under her breath that sent the book to its rightful position on the bookshelves.

Estelle walked into the library, almost leaping for joy when the smell of books entered her nostrils. She went into the History of Magic section and ran her forefinger over the spines. Estelle pulled one out on Harry Potter and his journeys. Then she continued. She found a book that had no title on the spine. She tried to pull it out but instead, a secret cupboard opened. She coughed when all the dust flew out. She shewed it away, then peaked inside. There was a very dusty, torn up looking book inside. She pulled it out, it was almost gray from the dust and the pages were yellow from age. Estelle opened the book and listened to the crackle of the spine. She turned to the first chapter and it said, Dangerous and Forgotten Spells, she turned to the second and it said, The Chamber of Secrets, then another, The Sorcerer's Stone, another, Horcruxes, and another, The Deathly Hollows. She stared wide eyed at the book. 'I have to read it.' She thought. 'But not here.' She thought a moment and then looked around. No one was looking, so she tucked the book inside of her bag. She knew that it was not meant to be read. Then she continued looking for good books.

She moved to the potions section, looking for books on powerful potions. She found one on Love Potions and another on Poly Juice Potions. Of course, it didn't tell how to make a Poly Juice Potion in the book, but she was interested to see what they'd say about it. She took another book about dragons and another about unicorns and another on thestrals. She had six books in her arms, but she didn't want to stop looking for good books. She took a book about how to tell the future and another about useful defensive spells. Estelle's arms were shaking under the weight of all the books, so she went over to a table. She put them down and there was a loud BANG! Madame Pince sushed her and she gave her an apologetic look. Then she started to read the book about useful defensive spells.

Ashlyn (MaeGirl) | 9 comments Estelle read for hours until the library closed. Madame Pince started to shoo her out, but when she was a few feet away from the door, her bag split. She raced to hide the book she found in the cupboard before Madame Pince saw it and took it away. Once she had all the books, she raced to her dormitry, where she dropped the books on her bed. Estelle stared at the old book for a while, then decided to read part of it before everyone else woke up. Estelle read for a while, then fell to sleep. When she was asleep, she dreamed that she was in the library again, her bag split, but this time, Madame Pince found the book before she could get to it.

((Are you roleplaying my character?))

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

((Yeah, it seems like it. Hey, Ashlyn! You can't do that!))

message 14: by [deleted user] (new)

((I think that she is... Ashlyn, please don't roleplay my character... it's kind of one of the rules not to powerplay.))

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

((Yeah... Besides, you RPed in the wrong thread anyways. But you can't powerplay!))

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

Anna sauntered in, Ginger curling appreciatively around her legs. She pulled out a huge pile of books and set them on one of the tables, pulling herself into a chair and beginning to read.

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

The bell rang which meant that Estelle's next class was about to start soon. Estelle checked out all the books but the old one that she had found. She scurried out the door and to her first class.

Ashlyn (MaeGirl) | 9 comments Sorry!! I didn't understand! I thought we all play each others people!

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

((It's okay, but it did say in the rules that you're not supposed to RP for other people))

message 20: by Ashlyn (new)

Ashlyn (MaeGirl) | 9 comments Sorry! I forgot!

As soon as Mia walked into the educated atmosphere, she fell calm, serene, tranquil. She smiled at Tristan beautifully. "I'll be right back..." She practically pranced to one of the shelves, containing tomes written on Charms. Her eyelashes flitted dangerously back and forth. Oh, how she would like to live in the library, reading book after book! Her small index finger trailed across the neat horizontal stacks, humming softly. Beethoven's 'Moonlight Sonata', to be exact.

message 22: by [deleted user] (new)

Tristan blushed at her smile. He sat at a table, reading about Astronomy.

Julia, dude call me JJ | 41 comments Carmen bounced into the library, her long black in a ponytail. her green eyes looked at all the books.. she gave a little squeal (( this is what I do in the library...)) she walked the selves at found a book " great wizards and withes off all time" she walked up to Tristan "is this seat take"? she asked politely.

message 24: by [deleted user] (new)

"Er... Yes. Yes it is", Tristan said, looking up from his book.

Julia, dude call me JJ | 41 comments "sorry" she sat a few seats away from him. " whatca reading?"

message 26: by [deleted user] (new)

"The Dipper", Tristan responded, getting a little annoyed that the girl was talking so much. And she was a Slytherin.

Julia, dude call me JJ | 41 comments She saw a look on his face " I'm not EVIL." she whisper shouts. " it's not my fault my dads voldemort, I TRY to be nice"

message 28: by [deleted user] (new)

'Be quiet. Be quiet', Tristan screams in his head. He says,"I never said you were. Now, if you can excuse me, I have to go" He pushed back his chair, tucked it back in, and walked towards Mia. He stood beside her, waiting for her to choose a book.

Julia, dude call me JJ | 41 comments she slams her book shut, running out. not caring a bit on madam pince caring on her running in the libraries

Mia bit her lip softly, humming serenely in a melodic manner as she scanned the cover of a book she had chosen for her taste. The Conjuring Theorem. "Mhm...," Mia hummed softly, opening it immediately. She did not notice Tristan behind her as she piled in her arms a heavy stack of books.

message 31: by [deleted user] (new)

"Mia... Would that be a wise choice to be carrying such a heavy stack of books?", Tristan said, raising an eyebrow at the stack of books in her arms.

message 32: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia squeaked, the books almost falling down by the paroxysmal appearance of Tristan. She blushed, embarrassed. "O-Of c-course, T-Tristan..."

message 33: by [deleted user] (new)

"If you say so", Tristan said, shrugging, completely unaware that his appearance had startled her.

message 34: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia clutched the books to her chest, struggling under the immense weight. "Merlin, I hate being small..."

message 35: by [deleted user] (new)

"Here. Let me help", Tristan said, taking the stack of books from her arms with ease.

message 36: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia rubbed her arm self-consciously. "T-Thanks," a soft blush coating her cheeks, she averted her brown eyes from meeting his. Embarrassing, how she demonstrated her weakness to him...no wonder he despised her...

message 37: by [deleted user] (new)

Tristan said,"No problem, Mia" He looked at her, trying to meet her eyes, but she seemed to be averting them. He wondered why, but said nothing.

message 38: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia looked at him shyly. "I t-think I'll j-just stay here and r-read..."

message 39: by [deleted user] (new)

"You sure?", Tristan asked, puzzled.

message 40: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia nodded, ashamed. "I...er...d-don't want to bother y-you with my...um...n-nerdiness...."

message 41: by [deleted user] (new)

"Mia, is that what's bothering you? How many times do I have to tell you? You could never bother me Mia, never", Tristan said.

message 42: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia shook her head quickly. "N-No, r-really...I insist..."

message 43: by [deleted user] (new)

"Mia. You never bother me. I love you", Tristan said firmly, putting down the books and kissing her.

message 44: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia blushed, but did not refuse the intimate contact.

message 45: by [deleted user] (new)

Tristan hugged her, completely enveloping her by his much bigger frame. He whispered,"Mia, I love you. You never bother me"

message 46: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia smiled prettily, in spite of her insecure self. "T-Thank you..."

message 47: by [deleted user] (new)

"Do you mean it?", Tristan asked softly, prolonging the hug.

message 48: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia nodded. "I never thought anyone would love me like this..." She ducked her head, ashamed, her ebony hair serving as a curtain for her pink face.

message 49: by [deleted user] (new)

"Well I am, and I always will, Mia. Never ever think that you bother anyone. If you do, it's because they're jealous and want to be just like you", Tristan said.

message 50: by [deleted user] (new)

Mia blushed. "T-Thank you," she repeated sincerely.
