They are really Awesome! Thanks for writing them. Waiting for "Indigo Spell" very impatiently! ^_^

And I just wanted to know, if ever VA movies were made, who would ya like the cast to be?
Many fans of VA have imagined/want Ben Barnes as Dimitri. What do you think of him in that role? Will he justify?

I too like to see him as Dimitri.
And plz! Try to make a motion-picture of your series! VA in particular, I'm sure it'll be HUGE hit! Please!

How do you manage your time between your baby and writing?

Why didn't Abe help Janine when she was pregnant? He seems to really love Rose, so I don't understand why it took him so long to contact his daughter. Is there something from his past that we'll get to know later? (I'd love to know more about him)

How did you come up with the idea of the world of Vampire Academy?

I have a question unrelated to Vampire Academy or Bloodlines.

What is your logic for making Carter, in the Georgina Kincaid series so drab. He never seem to dress nice and I think I even remember him smoking. Was that all an act to achieve his goal?

On another note, I would like to applaud your work. Your characters are so complex I feel like I really know some of them. By far, Carter is my favorite character you ever ever made. Kudos. I look forward to Indigo Spell.

I've read your VA, Bloodlines, and Succubus series and I am so excited to read Game Board of the Gods! I follow you on Twitter and check your blog for updates when I can. Thank you for sharing your talent with the rest of us, you've provided me with countless hours of entertainment and daydreaming! I'm most attached to the VA/Bloodlines books because I started reading them in high school and have been following them all through college to now. So my questions for you is:

After wrapping up Bloodlines, do you think you'll continue writing books set in the VA world? I know there's 4 books left so you may not know how you'll feel by then, but I'm curious as to whether you'll keep the empire going.

Hi, Richelle! I absolutely adore your books. I've read them all, except the Georgina Kincaid books. I've only read Succubus Blues. But still, sheer awesome-ness.

You're my favorite author and I doubt that'll ever change. I think my favorite part of reading one of your books, besides the witty one-liners and awesome story lines, are the characters. I think there are only a handful of people in the world who can write with such excellent characterization, and you're one of them.

My question is: How do you do it? How do you create the characters you do?

Do the morning glories on The Indigo Spell cover have any significance to the story like the roses and lilies on the covers of Bloodlines and The Golden Lily?

Will books 5 and 6 of the Bloodlines series include Adrian's POV too?

Hello Mrs. Richelle! The ending of both of the Bloodlines books has been totally amazing. I'm like a total die-hard Adrian fan, and I'm glad to see him getting over Rose (I hate her for it, but it's one of those love-hate relationships).

Are you planning on making Bloodlines into a graphic novel as well? I loove the Vampire Academy ones, though I am a little dissapointed wth how fast the story is shipped and the quirky little things that make you fall in love with the caracters aren't included.

Also, I know you can't choose favorites between kids, but I'm wondering: Team Dimitri or Team Adrian?

Will Gameboard of the Gods have an Adrian character? Someone totally to die for and all injured and stuff, with an amazing sence of humor and kindness that makes you just like explode!?

hey richelle mead, im a grade 10 student and I realised recently that my writing is pretty bad. Is writing all about big words?

Hey Richelle, I live in your books! Like, I am there with Adrian and Sydney and Rose and Dimitri and Lissa and Christian and Jill and Eddie! I lvoe them so much.
Can I have Adrian? I love him most out of any character I've ever read and he's the top of my list everytime! I really wish he was real, and that there that sentence almost killed me to write! I LOVE HIM!!!!

So my questions:
Is Mia or Ambrose or Rhonda going to be included in Bloodlines and will they go back to the Moroi court?
Is bloodlines or Vampire Academy becoming a movie or tv series, and if so, what company and network and when would it air/be released?
And if you were to choose actors to play Adrian and Dimitri and Rose and Sydney, who would you cast?

Thankyou sooo much for giving me a world to live in where the vampires are hot and thankyou for creating my Adrian! I can't wait until The Indigo Spell and The Fiery Heart!

Does Dimitri still think he should serve lissa forever or has he come to his senses and realized he doesn't need to do that anymore since he forgave himself and since Rose did most of the work?

How did dimitri first tell Rose he wanted to marry her?

Would you ever write in Dimitri's pov?

Last question: Will you ever write more about Rose and dimitri? They were always trying to keep away from each other in the books so we never saw them as an official couple except for Fortold. Im sure lots of people would read it. :)

There have been some roomers about some of your characters from the VA series making an appearance in the Bloodlines series. Is this true?

Do you ever loose interest or get tired of one series or run out of ideas? If so how do you keep interest or cure your writers block?

I would also like to know if, after Bloodlines, you plan to write another spinoff?

Some times when I'm writing I know what will happen next but I don't know how to make a transition between what's happening now and what I want to happen. Does this ever happen to you?

Is Gameboard of the Gods going to be set in a futuristic VA world?

Why is Eddie ok with dating Angeline when it would cause a problem with guarding Jill just Dimitri and Rose's problem?

Why hasn't Sydney's sisters been mentioned in The Golden Lily? I thought Sydney was really a family oriented person.

This is kind of random but in last sacrifice Dimitri and Rose went through Kentucky and I live in Kentucky! I love your Bloodlines series. The Golden Lily is my favorite book of all time

I love all your books, almost own all of them. I try to write so I know how much work goes into shaping characters. Which gives me huge respect for all authors, but especially you. You are one of my favorite authors.
So my questions:
1. Do you agree with the quote and why or why not?
2. Do you build your characters from the ground up using interview styles question to figure out their true nature?
3. If you had an personal conversation/interview with both Adrian and Sydney what would it be about?

4. (off topic) Did you happen to see the Blackout scene the Bloodlines team in Australia shot?

Oh how I love the books you’ve written. And to think, I almost passed them up because I thought the cover to the first VA book, when it first came out, was cheesy… yeah, not my proudest moment. Any who, on to my question.

When you originally wrote the Georgina Kincaid series, was it your intent for it to be made into 6 novels, or had you written, what became a 6 novel series, in one book? I’ve been curious as to how that worked with all of your series really.

My absolute favourite character from Vampire Academy/Bloodlines is Abe. I was just wondering if we'd ever find out anything more about him or if you could tell us anything more about him? Or if we'd find out anything about his past with Janine? I know these two still have something going on haha, will they ever get together? I hope you write something about that one day :)

I was also wondering why Rose grew up in and went to school in America if Abe is Turkish and Janine is Scottish?

I have three questions if thats's allowed ^^
1)What, if anything, never fails to inspire you when you write?

2) Is the plot of Sydney being a witch gonna be a major part of the story, or is it gonna be the alchemist plot?
(Not trying to get any spoilers. I just prefer the alchemist plot:) )

3) Can we expect a competitor for Adrian's affections?

What happened to Ian from 'The Last Sacrifice'? Dialog seemed to suggest that he liked Sydney, but he hasn't been mentioned since. Is he going to come in later, or is he a dropped thread because he didn't fit?

My name is Monica and I can honestly say the VA and Bloodlines is the best vampire series that I own, probably the best one ever (but I haven't read every single vampire series ever so I can't say for sure).

In the Indigo Spell you will have some chapters from Adrian's pov, or so I've heard.

my question is: How do you write from a male's pov? I've tried that before, but when my brothers read the story, they said my character thought like girl. How do you break out of that?
