All in was nothing like I expected. I think the author forgot the story suppose to write about. Book one didn't coincide with book two. What happened to the people who wanted to harm her. Was she pregnant. The ending didn't make sense. I can't believe I was so excited when the book two came out and yet so disappointed. With the ending. New title "Garbage".

I completely agree with you Shadow325. Ethan went from Alpha male to total wimp and Brynne just got weird. Ethan was terrible at providing security for her which is his business and the whole reason he met her. The whole book was just weird. Hopefully Rachel is right and book 3 will tie it all together!

I liked it a lot.. it seem to be just an in between book before book 3 which is suppose to be out Dec 31. Just a look from E's point of view, which I loved. Him getting her back.. getting her whole story of what happened to her, learning more about E's time in the war. I thought he was still very alpha male. Jealous, possessive, commanding etc. Book 3 should tie up the story nicely. Can't wait!

The book ended so abruptly that I fell like I am actually missing chapters to my download...it is as if the battery died on her laptop and decided to end the story instead of plugging it in. Some of the reviews talked about simba having a recap at the end my version of the book didn't have anything like that. I am actually wondering if it was really edited and taken out in the newer Verizon?
