Here's a thread for 2nd Chance.

Kim (catmommie) I just started it yesterday. I love reading JP - those short chapters make for quick reading :)

I agree with you on the short chapters. It makes books with loooong chapters feel like torture.

I read this book when it first come out. I have read all 11 books in the series. It is nice that the books title has the number that it falls in the series in the title.

I've read all 11 too. It's a great series. The Sue Grafton series is similar but instead of numbers it's the alphabet.

Shannon (xoxoshannon1979) Just stated this book last night i like the 1st one so i know i am gonna love this one

Kim (catmommie) I'm struggling this week, with all of my books (two or three at one time). Maybe it's just that I haven't had time to actually lay down and read for more than an hour and it's just not holding my interest. I can't focus on any one book, too much on my mind. I'm waiting for the ebook to come in, maybe that will help, I can snuggle in the recliner at night and read in the dark. LOL.

I love to use my Kindle Fire to read in the dark too!! Tho if my fish tank lights are still one...I'm reading by fishlight? lol

Kim (catmommie) I'm 64% done and by the time that ebook comes in, I'll be done!! grr. They probably finished it and have no clue how to return it. Once I was able to finish one book and settle down with a cup of coffee and some quiet yesterday morning and afternoon, as well as today, I made headway.

I read it recently and would have a hard time putting down! it was great! didn't realize it was in a series. will have to work on the others!

Lauren (laurenlove) I read it a couple of months ago, and being a huge James Patterson fan I knew I would! Can't wait to read the 3rd book and the rest of the series!

This is one of my favorite series. So I'm glad you are all enjoying it as well. I hope very much much that we get a 12th book in the next 6th months or so.

And Kim I feel your pain. I wound up having to buy it for my kindle.

Kim (catmommie) I finished it and liked it. I remembered that this series does set off my chicky radar a bit, but there's enough substance there to keep me reading.

message 17: by Jojo (new) - rated it 5 stars

Jojo Nicholas (mystichaze) | 7 comments i just read 1st to Die (Women's Murder Club, #1) by James Patterson and 2nd Chance (Women's Murder Club, #2) by James Patterson loved both of them!!

Lisa I think I'm getting sucked into this series. Though, I liked the first one better.
