Poison Study discussion

No one has taken initiative in turning this into a film, I've decided to make it a film. I've never done anything like this before and was hoping someone might have suggestions on how to go about this. I have a few people willing to help me out with the acting aspect but I really hope to make it a decent show as the book is so incredibly amazing. Advice?

yeah, start with writing the script

I've started with a couple chapters, I'm working them out week by week. My first priority is the script, then I don't know where to go from there. I've got a few friends willing to help out with casting, but not enough boys.
