I just made homemade panzerotti and pizza pockets never tasted so good. Now that I have done it once, I feel I should write a book of panzerotti recipes. Since Finnegan & Grandfather Cheng has not been doing that well, I should be stopped. http://www.ebookmall.com/author/kate-...

That said, brush some homemade pizza dough with olive oil, spread around some thin slices of garlic, basil, and some camenbert. Really, you'll thank me.
