((role play))

The cafe was warm and bright and bustling with visitors. Alice settled into a cozy booth and gazed around at the splendor.
A huge Christmas tree occupied the far corner, trimmed with beautiful gold and red ornaments and ribbon. The smell of hot chocolate, peppermint, and pine filled the air, as well as the sound of cheerful Christmas carols.
The cafe was filled with people of all ages. Everyone had red cheeks from the cold air outside.
An exhausted waitress hurried to her table and cheerfully asked for her order. Alice ordered a peppermint hot chocolate, and the waitress was off again as quickly as she had come.
Silver garland draped the benches, sparkling in the bulbs' bright lights. Everything was cheerful and beautiful.
Soon, a mug of sweet peppermint hot chocolate warmed her hand and stomach. She smiled as she continued to watch the people bustle in and out through the wide doors of the cafe, in and out of the wintertime cold.

Emma walks in to the cafe, her hair in a ponytail with earmuffs on. She spots a table and doesnt notice Alice at first. She sits down a waitress comes"May i take ur order?" "im not really hungry but i guess a coffee will do" Emma says. her coffee comes and warms her quickly.

"Hello," says Alice cheerfully. "How are you, Emma?"

"Oh..Im good..what about you."

"I'm doing well. The setup in here is great."

"Yea i agree. So what are you up too?"

"Not much. Everything's going good right now."

"Im just settling in still." And at that moment an old women calls out "SOMEONE IS STEALING MY PURSE HELP!" and sure enough a man in a black ski mask was.((I have NO CLUE what im doing here but im having fun so go with it.)) "Hey you big thug leave her alone!"Emma yells boldly. "ARRGGGG"the man calls out running for the door. Emma runs up and kicks him, right between the legs. He falls to the ground in pain and Emma grabs the purse, just as the police run in.

"Wow," Alice whispers. Her friend is surprising and gutsy and a little impulsively helpful, it seems.

"thanks" emma laughs

Alice drains her mug and asks the waitress for a refill when she comes by again.

Alice drums her fingers on the tabletop, bored.

Katie walks into the cafe.she quietly walks over to the counter.Katie asks for a chocolate muffin.Katie got her muffin and walks out of the cafe eating the muffin.
