Is this the Stephenie Meyer book? I'll read it!!!!

I read this back in April and loved it!! I think I may bring it back out and re read :)

When does everyone think they'll have this read by? I don't want to post anything to ruin the book for anyone else :) I am starting it today and should have at least 5 chapters or so read in the next day or 2!

I'm rereading this! I really enjoyed this and it's been years.

This is one of my mom's favorite books, so I think there's a copy lying around here somewhere....

I've read The Host twice, but I'll re-read it again! It's one of my favorites.

Just started a thread for Battle Royale in the Buddy Reads folder. If you guys are up for it - want to read something gory, bloody, dystopian, join us. We will start tomorrow. :)

i have really ebjoyed the host i havent gotten to far into it i was listening to it and my mp3 player craped out on me now im going to have to get me a copy to read :(

It's obvious she mistrusted the seeker after she learned so much just from Mel's memories. She hates the seeker. Wana is learning that not all humans are vicous vile creatures.

I've seen this pic and I just though about The Host. It just give me this imagery of how they sent their kind to another world.

I finished it last night. I think its actually a better written work by Meyer. There's more depth in its plot structure 'cause it includes the subject of morality and sanctity of life. There are lines that could be sappy & sentimental parts as well. And the ending was unforeseen, it creates a lot of great possibilities for the next sequel.

I just have this question, did Wanda (view spoiler)[ really love Jared? Would you count that as real emotion from her? And I just wonder how sudden her feelings had changed, not that I'm totally bother by it. I think its great that she's into Ian. They deserve one another. (hide spoiler)]
