The state building lies in the center of The City, its main attraction. The marble structure is where all important events are held, like the meeting of the founders, the annual dinner of the Officials, and of course, the Ball of new beginnings, which is held there very year. The ball is considered the main event the City throws and it is one gathering the citizens can take part in.

it's the meeting of the officials of expired, everyone has just sat down, when there is a muffled explosion, smoke and maniacal laughter pour into the room...

the officials stand quickly only to see a grenade rolling towards them...
