Introduce Yourself

I do not have a favourite author anymore no-one I would have to rush out and buy their new book. I just like a good read that can incorporate any qualities, e.g entertaining, thought provoking, scary, etc
My favourite book would be 'To Kill A Mockingbird' by Harper Lee, I read it a school, I need to read it again as an adult to see if still has the same impact on me.

Where are you joining us from?
I'm from Philippines and hope I could talk and discuss books to co-readers. I also wanted to share my passion for reading and suggest that Oprah's videos are not country restricted so that I could further understand and follow the flow of the book club without hassle.
What is your favorite book or author?
I can't remember anymore most of my favorite books but the first series that I read and enjoyed was A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket. I read it a long, long time ago and much younger. Without it, I'm sure you will not meet me in Goodreads. I read anything, I'm not a picky reader and I'm currently trying to expound my knowledge about Philippine literature and literary fiction.
Have a nice day everyone.

I'm Phoebe from the Philippines. My favorite is the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. I'm an avid fan. I also love Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen, and Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte.
Most of all, I love rainy days with a blanket & a cup of tea & a book. :)

my favorite book is "Memory in a Flesh" written by Ahlem Mostghanmi, an algerian writer. but i'm open to all kinds of books.

Hi there,
My name is Rey Jones and I am joining you from Dallas Tx. Reading has been my passion for most of my adult life but I can't say I have a favorite author. I enjoy any topic that is informative and well written.

But does anyone know where I can buy "the twelve tribes of hattie" is it even out yet?

Hello everyone! My name is Elizabeth, Beth for short, and I'm from Oregon. I don't really have a favorite author or genre. I'll read just about anything. However, if I had to pick one book as a favorite, I would have to say its The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.
