This is a new book i've picked up from the library but forgot it in my locker and cant for the life of me remember its name. Anyways, its about a boy who's parents go over the limit which is a debt system that if you go over your kid gets taken by the government. So his parents go over and he gets taken. I CANT REMEMBER THE NAME GRRRR. It was such a good book and I also need it for a book report.

On the front cover it had a boy running along numbers with his back facing you. wearing tennis shoes

and the first part is about an 8th grader girl who gets taken in homeroom and then they start playing basketball at home.
